{"id":2720,"date":"2020-08-18T10:45:03","date_gmt":"2020-08-18T10:45:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lasrecetasdelualba.es\/?p=2720"},"modified":"2020-08-18T10:45:03","modified_gmt":"2020-08-18T10:45:03","slug":"crema-dalgona","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lasrecetasdelualba.es\/?p=2720","title":{"rendered":"CREMA DALGONA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a1Buenos d\u00edas!<\/p>\n<p>Hace unos d\u00edas hice un caf\u00e9 dalgona y sub\u00ed la receta, la verdad no es de mis caf\u00e9s preferidos pero esa crema hab\u00eda que mejorarla y pens\u00e9&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfY si la uso de relleno de una tarta ?<\/p>\n<p>\u00bf Y si la mezclo con nata ?&#8230;Como si fuera toffe , le di muchas vueltas y despu\u00e9s de hacer pruebas la mezcle con nata montada, madre m\u00eda estaba riqu\u00edsima.<\/p>\n<p>En est\u00e1 crema voy a doblar las cantidades, para el caf\u00e9 sal\u00eda un caf\u00e9 , pero como voy a usar est\u00e1 crema para rellenar una tarta, necesit\u00f3 m\u00e1s cantidad.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ingredientes :<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 cucharadas de caf\u00e9 soluble.<\/li>\n<li>4 cucharadas de az\u00facar .<\/li>\n<li>8 cucharadas de agua caliente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>En un bol ponemos todos los ingredientes, con unas varillas el\u00e9ctricas o a mano, batir en\u00e9rgicamente hasta que la crema tenga un color dorado , como en la foto.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Y listo a practicar.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a1Buenos d\u00edas!
